These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AhamFlow API, website, newsletter, and related services ("Services"). AhamFlow is a service operated by Babu Ventures LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services

AhamFlow provides financial market data through an API, including but not limited to options flow data, SEC filing data, equity quotes, macroeconomic indicators, cryptocurrency data, and related analytics. We also publish a newsletter with market commentary and analysis.

2. Not Investment Advice

AhamFlow is a data service, not an investment adviser. Nothing in our API responses, documentation, newsletter, or website constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. We are not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

3. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely data, but we make no warrantythat data provided through our Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Data is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

You acknowledge that financial data from any source can contain errors and that investment decisions based on erroneous data can result in financial loss. You assume all risk associated with your use of our data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

API access is subject to rate limits as described in our documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access. During our beta period, limits may change without notice.

AhamFlow is currently in beta. The service may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to changes without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. Beta access does not guarantee future access or pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

10. Intellectual Property

The AhamFlow name, logo, API design, documentation, and website content are the property of the Company. Our Services include data sourced from public government databases (SEC EDGAR) and other data providers. You may not claim ownership of data obtained through our API.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
